Provides a way that practitioners working in the field of mental health to study new Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act (UK)

Available to a wide range of candidates including lawyers, psychiatrists, social workers, hospital managers, law graduates and other mental health practitioners to gain a postgraduate qualification whilst still pursuing their career.

Provides an in-depth study of the Mental Health Law with the flexibility of distance learning study, offering participants flexibility and independence whilst maintaining essential contact with tutors
